Where they are the same
Both keep each agent's work in its own git worktree and branch, so agents on the same repository do not collide. Both run the agent CLIs you already use, signed in with your own plans. In both, you read the diff before anything is merged. How worktrees keep agents apart
Where Conductor goes further
- The pull request flow. Conductor creates the pull request with a description its agent drafts, gathers CI checks, comments and todos in one tab, merges, and archives the workspace afterwards. In Offrun you do that part with your own git tools.
- More agents. Cursor and OpenCode run in Conductor today. In Offrun, OpenCode is coming soon.
- Cloud and teams. Conductor's Pro plan adds cloud workspaces, live collaboration with up to five Pro users, an API and a mobile app. Offrun runs on your Mac only.
What Offrun is built around
- Usage limits. Add several logins per agent. Home shows how much of each login's session and week is used. When one runs out, the chat moves to the next login, and with none left it offers another agent with the whole conversation. How multiple accounts work
- A reviewer you choose. Pick Codex to review a Claude Code chat, or the other way round. Findings land in the chat while the work is uncommitted, and nothing is sent or merged without you. Using them together
- Antigravity. Google's
agyruns next to Claude Code and Codex, on your Google account. - Shared context. Every agent reads the same project memory, and each is told where the instruction files it does not load itself are.
- Dictation. Hold a key and speak a prompt. Speech is turned into text on your Mac.
Trying one after the other
Both leave your work in ordinary git branches, so trying one does not lock you in. Offrun's worktrees live under .worktrees in your repository, and its chats and memory under .offrun. Git ignores both through the repository's local exclude file.
