Offrun docs
Offrun is a Mac app that runs the coding agents you already use side by side, each on its own login, and tells you which one needs you.
- InstallWhat Offrun needs, the first launch, and updates.
- Connect your agentsInstall the agent CLIs and add their logins.
- Your first chatGive an agent a task and read what it changed.
What Offrun does
Offrun runs Claude Code, Codex, AGY, Grok Build and Muse Code on your Mac, each signed in with your own account. A chat is one agent on one task, and you can keep several going at once.
- Separate folders. Create a worktree for a task and the chats you start in it work on their own branch, so two agents can change one repository without touching each other's files.
- Who needs you. Home shows which agents are running, which are waiting on you, and which have an answer you have not read.
- A second opinion. Pick a reviewer and a second agent reads what each turn changed and lists what to fix. It never edits code, and its findings wait for you: they go to the agent only when you press Ask agent to fix.
- Past a limit. Add a second login and a chat moves to it when the first one runs out. Out of logins, another agent can pick up the chat.
Offrun is free. It runs on macOS 14 or later, on Apple silicon and Intel Macs.

- Projects and worktrees: where each chat works and how worktrees keep agents apart.
- Running agents in parallel: tabs, split panes, and knowing who needs you.
- Peer review: what the reviewer reads and what it can and cannot do.
- Accounts and limits: several logins per agent, and what happens at a limit.
- Supported agents: each agent's CLI and how it signs in.
- Privacy and data: what stays on your Mac and what leaves it.
- Troubleshooting: fixes for common problems.
